Mathew brings over 20 years’ experience in sales training and operations, helping senior living communities and other organizations achieve results through thoughtful adjustments in areas such as training, compensation, goal setting and analytics.
Prior to joining Retirement DYNAMICS®, Mathew served as Director of Sales Training for the largest provider of senior living services in the country. In that role, he led a team of 10 trainers who were responsible for developing 1,300 sales personnel at 1,100 communities for a program that achieved award-winning results. Mathew has also implemented new CRM systems for global rollouts of multiple organizations and facilitated sales training workshops for The Brooks Group, a Top 20 Sales Training Company named by Selling Power magazine.
