Deborah Potter has flourished in the senior living industry, rapidly rising from salesperson to team leader to area sales manager for one of the largest systems in the nation. Her success is based on creating results by driving sales. Mrs. Potter has a history of getting teams to believe they can achieve maximum sales for the communities she serves.
The core of her and her teams’ successes are a gift for teaching older adults and their advisors of the value and values of the community, and the benefits of making a conscious choice to transition, rather than leaving others difficult questions.
Deborah and her family live in Florida. She is improving RD’s comprehensive sales system and is currently writing a book on Sales Strategy and Philosophy. Deborah graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in English/Sociology and from the University of Denver with an M.A. in Sociology. She is married with five children.
