personal experience, wise, intuitive, diplomatic - what more can I say? It is a joy working with her. RD is very fortunate to have her

Funding achieved for $62.6 Million Start-Up CCRC in Texas
We are proud to be a part of a recent triumph at Meadow Lake in Tyler, Texas. Ann Marie Ladis of Retirement DYNAMICS has worked with the community since the spring of 2008 sharing the marketing team's joy when sales objectives were met in September of 2008, and the sorrow when the economic downturn caused a temporary halt to the project. Now, through a tremendous effort by the Meadow Lake Team, the sponsor, Sears Methodist Retirement System and the unwavering support of a loyal group of depositors, this beautiful new community is back under construction.
Upon her arrival at Meadow Lake, Ann Marie, an RD Senior Consultant, was tasked to perform a concise marketing analysis detailing the product, program, pricing, competition and operational aspects of the project. Ann Marie says, "The entire marketing team at Meadow Lake, as well as the entire Sears Methodist organization, have pulled together during some difficult times and the recent success of the project is a testament to their professionalism and determination." The team, led by Executive Director Charles Shelton has worked closely with Ms. Ladis, in implementing successful sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Shelton is quick to point out the contributions of RD and Ms. Ladis in keeping the momentum going at Meadow Lake. "The knowledge and experience that Retirement DYNAMICS and Ann Marie brought to the project has raised what was already a great team to a whole new level."
The future is now bright at Meadow Lake. Herbert J. Sims and Company worked to successfully fund the new start-up CCRC and all systems are go for the new year. The first phase, now under construction, will consist of 80 independent living apartments, 41 executive homes, 54 assisted living units (including 34 memory support) and 30 nursing beds among other indoor and outdoor commons and recreational areas. The first residents are slated to arrive in mid-2010.
