Sales Specialist – Midwest
This position is for an expanding community in the Midwest and requires a person with at least 3 years’ sales experience in a CCRC and requires extensive travel. Must have a proven track record in sales of CCRC’s. Pay will be commensurate with experience.

2 Marketing Directors – Northeast
Position requires an experienced, energetic, and organized sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in CCRC sales to join one of these sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate:
- Must possess a proven record of setting and meeting sales objectives.
- Ability to successfully direct marketing campaigns and coaching sales teams; including Must be a persistent self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to relate to older adults while guiding them through the decision making process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in CCRC sales
- Exceptional motivation and drive to achieve objectives
- Microsoft Office, email, and computerized lead tracking system experience are important

Market System Leader - Southeast
RD is currently searching for a Marketing Leader for a system (+5 communities) in the southeast. This not for profit faith based organization has asked RD to help them find a leader with marketing and sales leadership experience in a system that is familiar with both rental, entrance fee and home and community based services. This position will report to either the COO or CEO depending on experience and philosophical fit with the organization.
