Retirement DYNAMICS' focus on sales and marketing has provided turnkey developers and large multi-site, not-for-profit operators a financially attractive option to outsource their sales and marketing functions. RD is currently functioning as a partner to perform any and all of our menu of services for corporate clients. RD has also formed other significant long term alliances allowing organizations to completely outsource their marketing and sales functions to RD.

A team of two of RD's highly experienced advisors will work with your community, invest time on site and share an executive briefing before departing as to which opportunities should be pursued to create greater strength and higher occupancy. The advice from RD's analysis has created significant, at times remarkable, positive occupancy changes. A Marketing Analysis is often suggested if a community has experienced difficulty in pre-sales, fill-up or has experienced a decline in occupancy.
