Tina McLeod
Senior Marketing Consultant and Principal

With over 19 years in the senior services industry, Tina brings a wealth of experience to Retirement DYNAMICS since she joined the team in 2007. Her career includes senior living marketing, management and leadership for successful start-ups as well as existing communities, including expansions and turnaround projects.

In 1999, she was involved as The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the CCRC equity start-up, The Cedars of Chapel hill, Chapel Hill, NC. In addition, she has held the position of Executive Director for Manor House Retirement Communities, based in Virginia, while managing their 110-residence ALF and 20-bed dementia care unit in Greensboro, NC.

Tina received an MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer University. She is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, making her uniquely qualified to lend her skill-set to the senior services marketing industry.
