Ms. Ladis is a graduate of Brandeis University and has an incisive and insightful marketing background in real estate and the retirement industry. Her expertise spans lease/purchase condo conversions, negotiating contracts and designing and conducting marketing feasibility studies. She was responsible for marketing and sales in communities with over 200 units in New Jersey and Maryland before joining Retirement DYNAMICS in 2003.
