Bonnie Blair
Founding Principal

With single-minded pursuit and implementation of marketing services to the retirement industry, Bonnie brings over 19 years of her signature style to her end-users, whether they're Executive Directors, marketing team members and sales staff or seniors who lead the lifestyle they deserve in all phases of the continuing care continuum.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS degree in Nursing, she lent her passion far patient care to public health nursing, to nursing student education at Gaston College, to primary care for newborns all in the Gastonia, NC area.

Her senior services background includes experience with over 25 retirement communities. Since 2001, as a principal of Retirement DYNAMICS, she has worked with retirement communities across the nation offering a full range of services with her signature style- FOCUS.
