Retirement DYNAMICS Retirement DYNAMICS is the trusted advisor and team member of many of the organizations that make up the senior living industry. RD has worked with over 150 Continuing Care Retirement Communities, their sponsors and developers.

RD is a team of creators, doers and leaders. We look for people who have the experience to lead teams through periods of risk to create full and desirable communities. We hire people who have integrity, wit, creativity, analytical skills, sales skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization. We are privileged to have the opportunity work with like-minded people who are dedicated to bettering the lives of older adults.

RD is known as the firm with the depth of experience to know what needs to be done and the ability to go to work and make things happen. Our role as leaders and participants in the sales process at CCRCs gives RD a very informed perspective on the desires and motivations of older adults. RD helps clients translate older adults' desires into sales, occupancy and a customer-focused direction.
